Delivery & Shipping Policy

Last Updated: November 2026

At Uwati & Co., we deliver beautiful fashion pieces to customers across Nigeria and worldwide. Please review our delivery terms before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Ready-to-wear items are prepared for dispatch, while made-to-order pieces require additional production time depending on the design and order requirements.

2. Delivery Within Nigeria

We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria. Delivery timelines and charges vary depending on the customer’s location and chosen courier service. Estimated delivery details will be communicated after order confirmation.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected destinations. Shipping fees, delivery timelines and applicable customs duties or import taxes vary by destination. Any customs charges, import duties or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers and delivery addresses. Uwati & Co. will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occur due to courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect details or refuses to receive the package, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be shared with customers once their orders have been dispatched.
